Eggs are a great option for people on a low carb diet. Many people associate breakfast with carb heavy foods and fatty foods. Bacon is a food that many people refuse to give up, for example. If you add fresh veggies, you can prepare delicious omelets or other dishes.

Using coconut flour is another way to cut down on carbs. Coconut flour can be used as a low carb substitute for both white and wheat flour. Using coconut flour allows you to still enjoy pancakes and other baked goods that use flour. If you want to follow a low carb diet, refined flour is terrible.
